Tulip Center Martin is the largest commercial center in the region. On an area of ​​approximately 17,000 square meters, we offer about 70 shops of various types for Martin and its surroundings.

Tulip Center Martin is part of the Alfa Group, which has been managing, managing and renting real estate in Slovakia and neighboring countries for more than 20 years.

We are constantly trying to offer every visitor not only a wide range of products and services, but also a pleasant environment to relax. The center includes a cinema CINEMAX with four halls, playrooms for children and adults, new cafes, food court, telephone operators and new fashion stores. We have built a children’s zone in the interior as well as a relaxation zone behind Tulip Center Martin. Tulip Center Martin is located on the main road between Žilina, Banská Bystrica, Ružomberok and Poprad. It offers free parking with 500 parking spaces. It has good access to public transport and at the same time provides convenient access for pedestrians.
