  • A gift card can be purchased:
    ➢ in person at the center administration
    ➢ online on the website https://tulip.giftify.me/
  • The gift card can be redeemed in most OC TULIP MATIN stores that accept gift cards.
  • The gift card can be topped up with a value from €10 to €250
  • The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • The gift card can be used repeatedly until the credit amount is used up.
  • The gift card cannot be extended.
  • After the gift card expires, you will not be able to use the remaining balance. You are not entitled to return (refund) the balance on the Gift Card.
  • Gift cards cannot be combined.
  • The gift card is transferable.
  • The gift card is not contactless, payment takes place via a magnetic stripe
  • The value of the gift card cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash
    In case of loss, theft or impairment of the gift card, it is possible to request the transfer of the current financial balance to a new Gift card in the shopping center after presenting a receipt or other proof of purchase with the card’s TOKEN number. A balance of €5 will be deducted for issuing a replacement gift card
  • If the Gift Card is magnetized, the issuance of a new Gift Card is free of charge
  • In case of loss or theft, the Gift Card can be blocked in the shopping center
  • The gift card cannot be used in stores: Tchibo, Topas Tabak, Nail Studio, Mr. Štefánik Barbier, Telekom, Panda, Dobrôtky, Veselý Zemiačik and iStores.
